Plastic Factory
In 1991, our factory produced the first roll of PE air bubble film ever manufactured in Saudi Arabia. More than thirty years later, we are still in the same city — Dammam — doing what we do best: reliable plastic products for construction, industry and packaging.
From one production line to seven product lines.
Al Joaib Plastic Factory (JPF) was established in 1991 as part of Khalifa Salem Al Joaib Investment Co. We started with one clear goal: to manufacture PE air bubble film locally, at a time when every roll used in the Kingdom had to be imported. That first production line made us the first manufacturer of PE air bubble film in Saudi Arabia, the GCC and the wider MENA region.
From there, we grew step by step. Safety netting came next, then PE foam thermal insulation, protection layers, floor underlays and back-up rods. Today, JPF is one of the largest manufacturers of air bubble film and PE foam insulation products in the Middle East, and a familiar name to contractors and distributors across the region.
