Where Every Product Begins
Every roll, sheet and rod we sell starts on our own production lines in Dammam First Industrial City. This page shows you how we work — from raw material to tested, finished product.
The Facility
Al Joaib Plastic Factory operates from Dammam First Industrial City, one of Saudi Arabia’s most established manufacturing zones. Our location puts us within easy reach of the Kingdom’s major ports and highways — which is why customers across the GCC receive their orders quickly.

What Our Lines Produce
We specialise in plastic extrusion, turning polyethylene and polypropylene into precise, consistent products. Our lines run:
Film extrusion & lamination
PE air bubble film in 10 mm and 30 mm bubble sizes, plus multi-layer laminates that bond bubble film with aluminium foil for our Bubble Cool insulation range.
Bubble Cool
LDPE foam in thicknesses from 0.5 mm wrapping sheet to 50 mm protection boards — including thermal insulation, underlays and back-up rods from 6 mm to 50 mm diameter.
Netting extrusion
Safety netting from virgin-grade polypropylene in five standard colors, with custom lengths and widths on request.
Tested Before It Ships
Numbers matter more than promises. Our products are tested against international ASTM standards, and the results are published in the technical data sheet of each product. Examples from our current range:
PE-Foam Protection Layer
Density 35 kg/m³ and compression resistance, both tested to ASTM D3575 and ASTM D4819
Foam extrusion
Emission and reflectivity tested to ASTM C1371 and E406; Class A flame spread, ASTM E-84
Safety netting
Made from virgin-grade polypropylene only, with no recycled filler in the base material
R&D That Works With You
Our Research and Development department works in coordination with our sales team and directly with customers. When a contractor needs a non-standard size, or a packaging buyer needs a different bubble grade, R&D adjusts the specification and tests it before production.
This is how our product range has grown since 1991: not from a catalogue plan, but from real requests by real customers. If your project needs something we do not make yet — ask. Developing new applications is what this department is for.
